Fitness Day 2

Day 2 of Exercises:
Holy smokes.. I feel motivated to lose this belly chub. It feels great to finish day two because now I can tell myself that I'm already two days in.. why quit now ;) Right?! Or that's what I'm trying to convince myself. Anyhow, if you liked either of the videos I posted last time, I decided to go with Bender Fitness because the website is easier to navigate and I can find what I want to work on pretty quickly. The thing I love about this website too is that she posts work out updates everyday - or almost everyday- so if you're not feeling strongly about working out a specific area, just do what she is doing. Today I did the 12 Minute Ab Fat Burn and Full Body Fitness Workout.
