Todays workout:
Mike and I did as many sit ups as we possibly could (we actually didn't count for some reason)
Then we ended with 5 Minute Ab Workout. I loved working out with Mike- he even admitted to how difficult these videos were. I would have done more of a core workout (and more than 5 minutes) but that requires legs (squats, kicks, etc) and with my pulled hamstring I can't exactly do that.
Day 6 is completed!!
