Today was a little bit of a lazy day. I was feeling exhausted this morning so I didn't end up running... yet... but this morning I did a Stretch Out video which helped my tight muscles a lot!! Later tonight I will continue with my workout schedule so I will update then!!

No running unfortunately (I re-realized that if I don't go in the morning, no matter how hard I try I cannot find time during the day AND do these work outs).
Sexy Arms Workout
5 Minute Arm Workout - this one you do need some weights (I skipped that part because I don't have the weights and continued on with the previous workout shown. P.s. don't be freaked out about the rolling push-ups, they were actually really fun!!)
