Fitness Day 4

Hello Blogging World!!
Today is day 4 in my 30 day fitness challenge - I started off the day with a 2 mile run with my work friend and ended my work out for today with Quick Full Body Tune Up. I love that she has reps for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced because there are certain work outs that I seem to be able to hit advanced but some I can barely hit Intermediate. That way I can see exactly where I stand and I have something I can look to for improvement! Well, there you have it, day four was a success!!
