Heck yeah!! I've been going for seven days already, (not in a row since I have two days to rest) but still. One week down!!
Today I skipped running so that my leg can heal up for next week. I do need to keep up with running, that's what burns the fat!
Todays workout:
Tight Arms and Abs - This really worked me for my arms. But, I need to get better at my arm strength so that's what my goal was today. AND
9 Pushup Variations - these are awesome even though I still can't keep up with the arm workouts quite yet. This one was a little easier, although I had to do some girl pushups when I couldn't go on.
Day 7 complete. :)
